In order to synchronise your Outlook with Zimbra Contacts and Calendars you need to
obtain a plugin for Outlook. Before proceeding please close your Outlook.

1. Download Bynari WebDAV Collaborator™ from:
http://www.bynari.net/products-page/product-category/bynari-webdav-collaborator/

by default it comes with 30-days evaluation period and after that time you can decide if you want to buy it.

2. Install Bynari WebDAV Collaborator™

3. Open Outlook and in the top panel you will notice 'WebDav Collaborator' menu.

a) click on 'Configure' and then 'Add' 
b) select to which Outlook folder you want to map the remote content. You can create in Outlook more folders if needed (for example second calendar). 
c) specify your username,password,email address and as Server URL 'connect.mailwall.com' 
d) click on 'Detect Account Settings' and pick the desired item to synchronise 
e) accept the new settings 

4. In this way you can synchronise between Zimbra and Outlook multiple contact groups and calendars (including shared ones), however they have to be set in Zimbra first. That means if you want to synchronise shared calendar, you have to set the share in Zimbra first.

Before you proceed it is recommended you back up your current MS Outlook data. The easiest way is to export the data to .pst file.

Legacy Mail Into MailWall Archiving

= How do I get my old emails into MailWall Archiving =

MailWall Email Archiving module starts getting messages once Archiving is enabled.
If you want to import into MailWall Email Archiving your old email that you received
before enabling Archiving or even before you moved to IEInternet please follow steps
depending on your local settings:

== Import from Outlook Express: ==

On the computer where your Outlook Express account is set up, in Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Maintenance tab.

Click Store Folder, and then note the entire path shown in the field in the Store Location dialog box.

Record this location so that you can use it later in this procedure. You can do this quickly by selecting the information in the field, pressing CTRL+C to copy, and then opening Microsoft Notepad and pressing CTRL+V to paste it there.

Now copy the content of this folder to CD/DVD/USB Memory Card and send it to us by post. We will then finish the import.

Click on 'File' -> 'Import and Export'

In the 'Import and Export Wizard' select 'Export to a file' option and click 'Next'.

Select which folder you want to export, you can also select 'include subfolders' and click 'Next'.

Once you finished please copy all the .pst files you created to CD/DVD/USB Memory Card and send it to us by post. We will then finish the import.

== Go to 'My Network Places' ==

Click on Windows 'Start' button and go to 'My Network Places'.
Alternatively you can open 'My Computer' and under 'Other Places' you can find 'My Network Places'.

== Add a new network place ==

Under 'Network Tasks' click on 'Add a network place'. Click on 'Next' in the 'Add Network Place Wizard'.
Select 'Choose another network location' and click on 'Next'.

As 'Internet or network address' type the following (replacing USERNAME with your username):
https://connect.mailwall.com/dav/USERNAME/Briefcase
click on 'Next' and provide your login details. Put the name for this network folder and click on 'Next' and then 'Finish'.

== Put your Briefcase folder in easily accessible location ==

If you go once again to 'My Network Places' you will see the newly created briefcase, you can move it to any other folder (including your Desktop by using 'drag and drop' technique.

Before you start making this change you should consider backing up your Outlook Express data by following this article:

== Verify your login details ==

In order to verify you have correct login details and the content of your mailbox on server side please go to:
https://connect.mailwall.com/

Please note all emails you can see in webmail will be downloaded to you Outlook. It is highly advised to clear all unneeded messages
and empty the 'Trash' folder.

== Disable current POP account ==

In Outlook Express open the ‘Tools’ menu and click on the ‘Accounts’ option.

A list of your email accounts should appear. If not, please ensure that the mail tab is clicked.
Then click on the account you want to disable and go to it's properties.

Now just uncheck the option 'Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing.

Click on 'Apply' and then on 'OK'

== Create IMAP account ==

Recreate the account in Outlook Express, this time as IMAP

== Move messages from POP to IMAP folders ==

Select the messages you want to move from your old Inbox and other folders

Tip: You can select multiple email messages by holding down the Control key and clicking on the emails you want to move or copy. You can also select all emails within a folder by pressing Control and A keys together.

and by using 'drag and drop' technique put them to the folders under new account.

== Remove POP account settings ==

Once you completed moving the messages you can remove the old POP account settings
