When you place an order you can specify that you are transferring from another hosting provider. We will give you an IP address where you can upload a mirror of your website and email set-up in advance of the completion of the transfer.

The first step of any domain name transfer to IE Internet is to place an order for a transfer here.
If you have a .ie domain name, you will need to provide us with a letter on your company's headed paper. You can find a template for this letter [http://support-test.ieinternet.com/faq/7_46_en.html here].

This letter should be faxed to us at 01 283 33 39 and once received, the transfer will take about four days to complete.
The letter must be signed by the listed administrative contact for the domain. Should the administrative contact have left the company, please amend the wording to include the following:
“The previous administrative contact for our domain name has left the company. The new administrative contact is myself, NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL.”
