How do I change the frequency of Spam Quarantine Email Reports?

The frequency of Spam Quarantine email reports is controlled via the Reporting -> Spam Reporting section of the MailWall dashboard. (side menu)

For this feature to be functional the domain's or user's "How to deal with Spam setting" has to be set to “Move to Spam quarantine”. (This can be done in "Spam Settings" -> Filter, Black and Whitelists)

The options are as follows:

  • Select frequency of sending Spam reports

Determines the frequency of Spam quarantine email reports that are sent to the the user.

The options are:

Never (This is the default)

Weekly, Monday 9:00

Weekly, Friday 9:00

Daily, 9:00

Twice daily, 9:00 and 13:00

  • Select maximum number of messages in the Spam report

Determines the maximum number of Spam messages in the Spam quarantine email report.

The options are:

Unlimited

First 100 (default)

First 1000

After selecting the required setting then click on “Save”
