What happens once a virus is detected?
- Once an email attachment is determined by MailWall to be infected with a virus, worm or Trojan, the offending attachment is stripped from the email. It is replaced by an automatic notification message informing the intended recipient that the infected attachment has been quarantined. The uninfected body of the message is still delivered.
