How do I disable "Save a copy of my messages on the server" in Outlook?

Outlook has an option to save a copy of your message on the server. While this can be a useful feature, if not monitored it can take up all your hosting space, leaving no room for your website. To disable this feature in outlook, please do the following:

From the Tools menu, choose "Email Accounts."

Select the radio button view or change an existing account. Select your IE Internet account and click "Properties." Select the "Advanced" tab. In the Delivery section at the bottom of the window, uncheck the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on server".
