How do I ignore a policy for an email address or domain name?

When a default policy rule is set to Enforce, you can exclude a particular sending email address or sending email domain from a policy by adding a new Ignore policy rule.

This can be done by carrying out the following steps:

1. First click on the Domain Name on the top navigation bar.

Then go to the policy in the Email Section Policy section under the Security Policy on the side menu

2. Enter the sender email address or domain name in the From Field

3. Select the destination email address or domain name from the To drop down

4. Select IGNORE from the Action drop down

5. Click Add
