How do I ignore a policy for an email address or domain name?

When a default policy rule is set to Enforce, you can exclude a particular sending email address or sending email domain from a policy by adding a new Ignore policy rule.

This can be done by carrying out the following steps:

1. First click on the Domain Name on the top navigation bar.
