I've forgotten my FTP username and password.

There is no way to reset your FTP access passwords. If you have forgotten a password, please open a support ticket and we will forward the information to the administration contact on our files.

If you create an FTP account for a sub-directory you must create the directory before the FTP account will work. To do this you need to FTP in using the master account and use the mkdir command.
