What can I do if I receive a virus notification?

If you receive a virus notification, this means that an email sent to you has been quarantined.

You can attempt to release this email from the quarantine through your control panel (see the top right of this page- My MailWall).

Simply copy the Message ID and Message Reference number sent to you in your virus notification message into the "virus quarantine management" option (Archive -> Policy Quarantine) of the "MailWall" section of your control panel. The email will be released to you if it has been quarantined because it looks suspicious, yet doesn't contain an actual virus.
